Thon Hotel Moldefjord

Located in the heart of town, adjacent to a restaurant and the quay. Great facilities for disabled guests. The hotel offers various recreational activities like golf, skiing, and diving.

Couldn't find any mermaids in the quay.

The room was nicely furnished, the walls were wallpapered with roses. The breakfast was excellent with sausage, cheese, fish, fried eggs with bacon and various kinds of bread. Fruit was also available. The coffee was very good.

The carpets in the hallway were sometimes too long, so that the doors were blocked and with waves -- tripping hazards.

Super breakfast, very good equipment.

Toilet in hotel room was not cleaned. ☹

I recently stayed at Thon Hotel in Molde for a few nights for leisure. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the central location made it easy to explore. I had a room with a beautiful view of the fjord, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. I appreciated having an electric kettle and tea/coffee in the room, as well as convenient electricity plugs near the bed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great start to the day. Additionally, the hotel provided a secure indoor parking area exclusively for motorcycles, which was a unique perk. Seeing the cruise ships docked next to the hotel was an added treat. a fantastic experience!

This hotel is in a great location, right in the center of town and in front of the pier. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a view of the harbor. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast offered is of good quality and at a very reasonable price.

We had a nice view of the town from the room and enjoyed the breakfast they served in their restaurant. The hotel was located near the main street, making it easy to go for a romantic walk. We liked the friendly staff, who were helpful and accommodating.

The walls between the rooms were thin and we could clearly hear the people next to us. The shower was also small and difficult to move around in.

Room was rather small, but comfortable. Excellent breakfest (excluding the scrambled eggs made, probably, from the powder), very good location. Polite and competent staff. Parking before the hotel.

WC bowl without the closing (not possible to install becouse of the size of the bathroom/toilet and its interior design). It was rather funny, but should't be in the hotel of the such class as Thon hotel.

Hotel free parking was small and we parked there after somebody left the hotel.

The rooms at Thon Hotel Moldefjord are amazing! I had a room with a view of the harbour and it was breathtaking. The comfy bed and free WiFi were a nice touch too.

Personally, I found the minibar in the room unnecessary. But hey, some people might enjoy it!

It was clean and in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed was close to the desk which made using my laptop difficult.
